A big part of her counselling practice is helping children and youth and their parents cope with: stress, anxiety, behaviour challenges, communication, social issues, and trauma. She uses verbal and non-verbal approaches in therapy – CBT, Art and Play therapy, and EMDR. She is a Registered Teacher (BC) as well as a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Art Therapist.
